yeah , kossai find " roles " can be helpful for private documents to denote who prefer to handle certain activities - too many people here to just commit to memory , heh - but if that change over time ... then that change over time , and that is perfectly OK . likewise , should not pigeonhole people into only ever front for purpose of role - maybe sometimes that is what individual prefer , but can not just assume that to be true !
