Our workplace is doing some kind of morale thing where they'll reimburse you for X amount of material for an "eligible hobby." Like crochet.

We are taking full advantage of them by ordering a metric fuckton of yarn, including several skeins of slender bamboo rayon yarn. Everything we've heard about this fiber is that it's as soft and lustrous as silk, has a gorgeous drape, and is a complete nightmare to work with.

We'll be using it to make queer pride EVERYTHING.

Ooooo, rayon! We've never worked with rayon yarn but we do have a rayon shirt and it's by far the softest, most comfortable shirt we own. Very slippery, light, and silky. If that's anything like the yarn, it would be tricky to work with but incredibly worthwhile- good luck!

Yeah, we have some rayon clothing (or modal, I think? which is like rayon) and it's the MOST comfortable clothing we have. We're super excited to put our grubby little hands all over this yarn!

Honestly didn't know you could buy it in yarn form before this, might have to go looking ourselves and see what we can do with it.
