For those who don't know, tags have to be manually added by Twitch, so this is huge! It means someone(s) petitioned for the tag to exist, and Twitch heard them and took them up on it!
Even more than that, there was already a tag for DID/etc before this, which means that not only did Twitch decide to add this tag, they added it instead of telling people to just use the DID tag, thus not lumping everyone into the clinical box.
It's a small thing, but the implications are exciting! We're going to do some digging and figure out who exactly made the request to have this tag added, if they're not anonymous.
